Review

I’ve lived here a year and a half now and enjoyed it. The perks are great (hot tub and the gym were my faves pre-pandemic). I like that there’s a mix of different residents - young professionals, families, seniors. It’s pet friendly and they have dog bag stations/garbages in different areas around the building, and a nice path by the river for longer walks. Management has been accommodating and willing to work with me on multiple occasions, from working with me when my dog developed a barking-during-the-day habit to letting me switch apartments. I was a little nervous to live in such a large complex, but the apartment walls are nicely soundproofed and the management office is staffed regular business hours if you need anything.

Great place to live!

I've lived at Highland Ridge for a total of five years, some time in both buildings. I love living here. The view is beautiful from the apartment and I enjoy the balcony tremendously. The building is quiet and smoke free. The staff and maintenance personnel are professional and friendly and fix things immediately. I enjoy my neighbors as well, who are quiet, friendly and diverse in terms of age, professions, cultural backgrounds, and family status. It's near a gorgeous park where I often walk and a wonderful cooperative for food, as well as easy access to St. Paul and Minneapolis. Thanks!

I love my apartment, it is beautiful.

I love it here, it's beautiful, the staff in the office Shannon and Jerrad, are fantastic. They have never been rude to us. Shannon has always went above and beyond to be helpful She is a great asset to highland ridge

It is well kept and pretty.

I feel safe, I really love the sound barrier between each apartment, the neighborhood is nice to walk my small dog in, Staff is very responsive to your problems. Been her three years and don't plan on moving..

Great place to call home

Highland Ridge is a great choice for anyone who is looking to downsized. Everything you need is so convenient. Great staff, terrific amenities and very well maintained. We do recommend that it be on your stop and see list.

Excellent Place to Live

I have lived at Highland Ridge for four years I have never lived in a better place than Highland Ridge. The facility is terrific, the staff is helpful and friendly, and the amenities are great. I highly recommend Highland Ridge as a wonderful place to live.

Wonderful Place to Live

We downsized, selling our home, and after an extensive search chose Highland Ridge as our new home. We are thrilled with our choice. Not only is the apartment itself perfect for our new life style but the building is quiet as can be, very clean, the office staff as well as the maintenance staff are extremely helpful and friendly and the grounds are beautiful. The pool, spa, workout room are such a great bonus as well. We would recommend Highland Ridge to anyone. We feel right at home!

Welcome Home!

Life for me was in major transition when I walked into Highland Ridge. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the warm and welcoming atmosphere and felt at home. Robin showed me around and was willing to work with me on many different levels. She was patient as I visited many different times and her support as I walked through each of the steps to rent was immeasurable. Shannon was also very supportive in showing me the ropes and was patient with my many questions as I settled into my new home. Robin, Shannon and the other staff have made my life transition easy. I am very grateful to them all. The few residents I have met since moving in are very friendly and I look forward to meeting more as I settle more deeply into my new home. I've told many friends already to, Come join the Highland Ridge family.

A wonderful place to live thanks to the incredible staff

From the first day I arrived looking for an apartment it has been nothing but a positive experience. Doug was so helpful and considerate and patient in trying to find me the perfect place- and he did. The entire staff has been so welcoming and helpful. Any questions , requests or concerns I have had have been addressed immediately--amazing!!! The building is beautiful and wonderfully maintained and provides everything I could possibly need. Hope to be here for a long time.

Never felt more at HOME!

After living in 5 diferent states, and traveling for work I have never found an apartment complex that truly made me happy to be home. The management team truly cares about each and every tennant. Case in point: recently my car was involved in an accident and I didn't have a way to get to work and the front office went out of their way to drive me and drop me off in not only a timely manner, but ON TIME for work after having little to no faith in making it on time. The employees at Highland Ridge know you by name, and are always willing to assist you in every aspect. If I could grade them on a scale of 1-5... they're getting a 50!

Great place to live!

It feels like you are living in the luxury of a hotel. With the bonus of having the pool, fitness center, and movie theater open 24 hours. The staff and neighbors are are all very friendly. The underground car wash has proven to be a savior during this super cold winter. When there were problems with noise, the management responded quickly with hiring extra security at night to find the source. And now the new addition of Fitness on Demand in the yoga studio is awesome! Highland Ridge has certainly made my transition from selling and moving from a house to an apartment a smooth one with no regrets.

It is an awesome complex to live

The staff is so friendly and always willing to help out. Everything is so clean and beautiful. It is always super quiet. I love having a washer and dryer in the apartment unit. The underground parking is amazing! Always extremely bright and I feel very safe walking down there no matter what time I get home.

A friendly little community.

I recently moved in and had a few maintenance problems within the first week. The staff were extremely helpful and did their best to resolve the issue as soon as possible for me. So far I really enjoy living here at Highland Ridge and am excited to see what the next couple months will bring.
